5m shares does seem like a lot though. It took them 7 years to go through the 2006 incentive plan shares so if it is spread out over 4 or 5 years it won't be bad.
They are even going to use shares as an incentive to consultants. I guess it is a good incentive though because I bet they know the share price is going to soar.
I would just like to know what these performance thresholds might be. It would be nice to know what kind of market share they expect to get. The real work starts after the CE Mark.
Oh well only about 69 days to go until the end of June. I expect we get news around the end of May. Only 6 months off from my first prediction and about 3 months off my second prediction. LOL!
