Watch Directors Sell their Stock before Divi Cut

They will sell and not get hurt at all when the dividend cut is announced.

You've got to believe they are conspiring right now behind closed doors about how to come out unhurt in all this.

    • Don't they have a SEC ruling that would preclude these snakes from doing so? They have paid the dividend continiously since 1901. They should sell or spin off the bank and get to work on their core business.

I hope we are forwarned of any potential sell off by the Board of Directors.

    • HE is not gonna close their doors and go bankrupt. They claimed all losses incurred during the last quarter was money being spent to upgrade the electric stations. As far as the banks problems their excuses just stink. With that said HE has about a 95% lock on the power business and that is a monopoly that always generates profits.
