    REG SHO LIST

In doing some research I stumbled onto ION. In looking at the past messages, someone pointed out REG SHOW would be implemented early January 05. The first published list for NYSE stocks that have at least 5 days of failed deliveries amounting to a total of 10,000 shares or more was on Jan. 7th 2005. Since then the list is published daily about 8 PM EST. ION has not appeared on that list since the beginning.

What this means is; for all short sales there have been actual shares of stock located for delivery. There may be a few failed deliveries, but the total number of shares not delivered is not more than 10K.
