I think there is a chance that ruxolitinib will be approved before the PDUFA date. It may not extend patients' lives like vemurafenib and crizotinib do, but IMO there is a clear improvement in patients' quality of life. When you also consider that there are no comparable treatment options out there for MF, I think there is a strong rationale more making the drug available ASAP.
