Remember, 115% of the stock is held by insiders and institutions (the 19% short makes that balance). And there are convertibles, which aren't something small players get into much. This IS a big boys' stock.
There may be some industrial espionage behind the present strength (remember Lucy Lu's informal survey of physicians?). I can't guarantee it, but after the company is grudging with sales data on the next CC, some of the institutional guys are likely to be annoyed, and to trim positions.
