Your numbers look optimistic, but not implausible. What they were doing in the bad call, though, was TRYING to underpromise (so they could then over deliver).
I would really seriously like to see discussion of the deep pipeline. It would be pretty bizarre to have final results of phase 2s reported with no official statements about what the drugs were for.
