I agree Jacosa is one of my preferred posters with tons of knowledge. I would like to say I say away from the noise level but there are 3 dingleberries here.....Viselinger, Lib and TJNellis. I try my best to stay away from their posts but usually am not very successful. Jacosa I know you have posted about your thoughts with Jakafi and your thoughts.... I am looking for $50 million in Jakafi sales for the 4th quarter. When do you think Jakavi will get pricing approval in EU? Thanks in advance. Regarding the "unannounced pipeline"... I think we hear something by ASCO in June for sure....maybe on the 4th quarter call. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

    • Starting with NICE was as much as to say that there's no hurry to start European sales. It's possible, remarkably, that NICE may approve Jakavi, but they won't approve a reasonable price or range of application, so allowing for an appeal, UK introduction is probably not going to be until late Summer. Strictly guessing, I'd figure that France and Scandinavia can be brought along in the same time frame. Germany puts the real administrative nightmares AFTER introduction, so that can start whenever it's convenient. Italy and even more seriously Spain are kind of messed up now, and will take longer (and even with national approval in those two, there are multiple regional approvals needed). I'm not aware of what triggers the milestone payment; probably some combination of the big 5 markets (UK, DE, FR, ES, IT).

And maddi, if you never start another thread again ever, no matter what, it would help with the noise level.
