Actually, Incyte currently leases from DuPont at their Wilmington Experimental Station. They are in need of more space because they need to add employees over the next few years as part of an expansion plan they used to "win" Delaware State money. Consequently, they are trying to lease a nearby "off campus" building at the site of a defunct Wanamaker's store, which is owned by the Capano development company. The site needs extensive renovations and the development company will be allocating the majority of the money for them upfront. One brother sees this as a good investment, while the other brother views this as a risky outlay. It isn't insider information, it was in the paper.
