Less than $15 million market cap here. thats only 3 cents per dollar of sales. A ton of leverage if they can keep cost down and stay within borrowing limitations until they can start to cash flow for a season. Assuming they can execute there is a very good opportunity for out sized rewards here. A $.75 investment (or gamble) could turn into a $10-$12 return within 2 years. or 16 x your investment...turning $50 K into $800,000 or $100 K into $1.6 Million or $10 K into $160,000 - Do your own due diligence.
The company has no publicly traded competitors and is the largest distributor to the schools in United States and Canada.They have been around since 1959 and have weathered a lot of economic turmoil in this country and Canada.This is a good entry point either way since 99% of the risk has been removed.
