go to the short interest tab then report back your findings, that's the difference between the two of us, i can find information. just like i now know cup of joe is full of $hit, i used to have money invested here but after making phone calls and poking around the delays are years away if there's no lawsuits. the soil samples came back with tar which is very hard to work around, they need to address the water contamination issues, a lot of this work hasn't even been started and takes time to address these issues then they have to put them in place, lots of time is still needed to get this project off the ground.
