Yes, dummy, there was a "modest" increase in EPS for the quarter. Important to investors but the lower adjusted net income is your report cart. And another failure. The customers like your value proposition? Fancy talk but, once again, the business stinks. At least you have a new office to screw up in
Im getting a little tired of these low ball offers that are being made for very undervalued stocks like alco stores. The current offer that was defeated in a shareholder vote would have enabled the party seeking to buy alco stores to purchase the company for only fifty million dollars This is a profitable company that does 500 million dollars in annual sales. What kind of an offer is that. The value of the company is more than twice that amount. Its a good thing that the shareholders voted down the proposal. Lets hope that these guys do not have another trick up their sleve. Right now the market cap on alco stores is only 35 million dollars. The stock could go to 140 dollars a share or even higher over the next five years. That is if the current shaeholders do not have their company stole from them in the not to distance future by another party attempting to sneak in their and make another low ball offer.
