Do your own DD, but don't believe everything you see or hear based upon 1st impression in the report dig a little deeper, this company is in far worse condition than this report supposes to portray on the surface.
Reality , here is where you need to man up and put some specifics in your posts. Seriously the consipracy theory stuff get's old. I've done my DD on this change in total assets - although I'm still looking for the Cash flow statement for this past quarter and when I get my hands on it I'll post back some specifics. Are you suggesting that McDermott is signing off on fictious statements? Or are you elluding to the lawsuit pending?
Also note, that had the company been advised of delisting notification for any reason from NASADAQ, you would see an 8-K filed indicating such. As you'll note in the list of filings, there is nothing of the sort recently.
Ok, I'll extend an olive branch, as we're both in this, and I am more of a man than realitycheck.
1. Go to the SEC website homepage
2. Click on the menu option for Filings- Search for Company Filings
3. Choose the first link in the list for Company Search
4. Fill LRAD in the CIK or Ticker Symbol box
5. Click Find Companies button
6. The 10-Q is the first document
You can use the button for Interactive Data as it puts the financial statements in a nice screen format instead of having to go through the 10-Q and look for it.
None of your posts here make any real argument or even have any real substance, I might add you just recently showed up on this board as a newbie and some of us have been here for more than 7 years watching this company flounder.
So little nober crawl back to the teet and let mommy calm you
