Certainly LRAD has finally diversified into other markets with some short term successes. But now at least we'll know whether or not some of the potential fed projects will go through. I'm betting that with the new board, we'll see some quality federal spending.
This hardly made the news, which is probably what congress wanted. Had to wait until all eyes were on the holidays, South Africa, etc before they were willing to act. Politicians are loathe to sticking their necks, out (compromise in this case) in deference to repeating their typical political shpeel.
