Revs up 10% and pretax up 18%. Inventory cycle seems to have ended and wireless consolidation run its course - net of all this seems to be strengthening demand and an outlook calling for a strong Q4 too. Seems like recent acquistion was a win win for both sides - RFIL gets a super experienced leader to help drive growth at one of its most promising business units and deal should be nicely accretive. This continues to be a very well run company that is starting to put the building blocks together for a very bright future.
at first I thought you were joking as saw no press release, only a SEC filing. But they did release ( on a Friday evening) with no press release picked up or at least one they had to pay for?? ( sometimes these news services charge small companies to post their releases) Have not seen that with company in last 2 years. Anyone hazard a guess why as the earnings were better than I thought with one nice line about orders for this Q. The pricing of the purchase was unique in my view, seems fair to me.
