Tripp Levy PLLC, a leading national securities law firm, announces that it has been retained on behalf of shareholders of Endocyte to seek recover losses by shareholders as a result of the Company's stopping a clinical trial of an experimental cancer drug, sending Endocyte shares plunging.

Endocyte announced that the drug vintafolide didn't slow the progress of ovarian cancer. The trial compared a combination of vintafolide and the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin to doxorubicin and a placebo, and it was designed to test whether patients who took vintafolide lived longer before the resumption of disease progression or deaths.

The investigation seeks to determine whether the company made false and misleading statements in its initial public offering documents and public statements and filings regarding the efficacy of vintafolide.

Shareholders who suffered losses on the IPO or significant damages since are encouraged to contact the law firm Tripp Levy PLLC in connection with its proposed investigation concerning the potential recovery of shareholders' losses. Please contact us via email at contact @ tripplevy or visit our website at tripplevy (no phone calls please).

      Sentiment: Hold

    • ...a shot in the dark this will be...nothing more as always when something happens in this way.
Investing in biotech is a risky thing when you do it at the wrong time but sometimes it´s the right time to invest - especially after a huge drop in pps. IMO it´s an excellent chance now to make huge gains to buy some shares now for a run up that will follow sooner or later. Bought some yesterday - let´s see what happens :-)

      Sentiment: Buy

    • Thank you for posting this. I lost a couple of hundred thousand and would like to get back some of my losses. I do feel management lied about the efficacy of this drug and its future prospects which caused me to buy so much of this stock, and now i'm down big time. Count me in this lawsuit!

      • You shouldn't be investing in Bios, if you don't want to take the risk, this happens all the time, even with established Bios with drugs on the market......They could announce today that they are re-continuing the trial and it will go back up.......They could get bought out by Merck.......In the meantime, this is a Great company with Many drugs in the Pipeline, you only need one successful for this to be a $100 a share........

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
