    C'mon Donahue

You are supposed to be boosting the stock with
your visits to analysts and MMs. Doesnt look like you
have achieved the outcome we longs have hoped for.
Almost a year into this and still no positive return to
IPO investors. Do your job and get this stock moving
    into positive territory.

    • Bikerbean: Check out today's Pittsburgh Post
Gazette. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that certain
Federated executives granted themselves up to 50% pay
increases, while our stock languishes well below the IPO
price. Does that give you any idea how they feel about
      their shareholders?

      • Saw the article...the Donahues seem to still
regard this company as their own private domain. Screw
the suckers that invested in the IPO (and bought
shares at inflated prices from these bastards). They
continue to suck the blood from this company and leave us
investors to die on the vine. I hope someone in mgmt. there
reads these posts and does something to get this donkey
off its ass. By the way, any info on when the annual
        shareholder mtg will be held?

      • I don't have a problem with those executives
whose salary/perks increase significantly as a result
of their ability to simultaneously increase the
shareowners wealth ( e.g., Mellon Bank and their CEO who
        recently retired).

However, I have to beleive FII,
since going public and leading up to it are watching
costs very carefully. So, why this? I did not get in at
the IPO price, however I am not happy with this. Show
us some results then reward yourselves, and I'm not
        referring to quarter-after-quarter earnings increases.

    • I agree with your sentiments and frustration.
Time will tell for us shareholders, however, I have
had from the very outset reservations about whether
he is the man to get it done. His father and
founder, how can you not respect his accomplishments. The
son, the jury is out. Let's hope for the best and as
Peter Lynch says earnings drive the price over time.
Hopefully, this company will continue to increase its
profitability. Peter also states he made some of his biggest
gains during the second and third year of holding
      stocks.

      • And frustrating. On fundamentals, this thing
should be trading 20% above IPO. Throw in the growth
prospects (including rumored strategic acquisitions) and it
should be even higher. But, instead we have none of
that. I honestly cant figure it out. I'm hanging in
until I do. Does anyone at FII give a damn about this
        thing's performance.
