Last minute legislation is cheered?
Washington waits until the last minute to produce some #$%$ legislation that kicks all the tough decisions down the road and Wall Street cheers. I don't know which is the bigger collection of #$%$. If I did my job like the procrastinators in Washington or the manipulators on Wall Street I would get fired.
