Natural diversification and opportunity for employees to sell some shares. The stock needs more float so this is a good thing. Leon Black did not sell and he is their leader and key to this firm going forward. Harris and Rowan are great investors so I don't worry about their relatively small sale. This company will produce strong returns for several years given their ability to make smart investment over many different cycles. IMHO, this company may reach $48 by the end of 2014 given their intent to "sell everything not nailed down where they can and refinance the rest." It appears from what has been in the press that they have moved into the insurance market which will give them stickier management fees on advised business and a potential IPO at some point during the next several years.
