dropped today because (1) Today is its ex-div date; (2) Gold price continued to tank.
Not time to add more yet, right now traded at 10.89, with a 13.22% yield, when it drops enough to cause its yield become 14% or higher, it would be time to add some.
I believe precious metals will soon enter oversold territories. I heard some gold dealers in Hong Kong were selling gold bars at spot. If gold drops below $1200, I will be hunting for 1 oz. gold eagles.
I just mentioned my buying some VGR (tobacco) today at since it was its ex-div date 1t 15.84, now it traded at 16.07, after adjusting for its 40 cents dividend, it actually went up 2% so far today. I know some of you do not like to buy tobacco stocks, but with a 10% yield, it can be a very attractive part of your portfolio. If PM drops some I would like to get a few shares.
