Are you sure you want to be selling BOND when the Fed is poised to buy mortgage backed securities to help the housing market? PIMCO loaded up on mortgage backed securities to sell to the Fed, as I recall.
Don't forget foreign bonds paying a higher interest rate. Lot's of flexibility.
