I'm neither long or short on EGRP, but rather a lowly customer. Etrade is the worst trading nightmare I have encountered. Orders that aren't executed and difficulty with the web site getting screens to refresh, ect. Customer service reps who say "so what if we didn't execute the trade. So what if you can't trade." This company and its customer service is a joke. Rather than trying to get the 2 millionth customer, they should learn how be responsive to their customers. They are a VERY long way from here.
