I have the same problem. The "pulse" won't launch for me, and my trading desk gives me delayed quotes. It is great when the quotes are real time. I contacted customer service, hope to hear from them next week!
I have The "pulse" and its working great the trading Desk is fine, whenever I want to do a trad its working, why don't you stop. any way, if you are realy having a problem you need to call The "pulse" technical support not Custumer service, and realy you do not need to come here to tell before you fix the proble.
any way If you have a problem with the The "pulse" just go to your C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files and delete all the Temporary Internet Files then go to C:\WINDOWS\JAVA\lib and there you will find a dir called bridgl, delete the BRIDGL then try the Pluse again, "Deleting the BRIDGL will let Etrade downlaod the Java Software again to your computer" if you have any problem after that, Just post and I will help you.
