Spanspur Research Inc: 2013 Target $14.50 to $15.50 Per Share
Management's strong guidance for the next two quarters, coupled with the upcoming sales of existing units and the continual pay down of debt, right sizing the company, and management's excellent positioning of the company to participate in the sizzling North American Oil & Gas services market bodes well for long investors going forward. Please review the 5-year chart.
My estimate of potential share price increases is based on the fundamental situation, WG's possible increase in Gulf activity, strong Canadian unit performance, and what appears to be very robust domestic engineering request pipeline.
let's hope your price range is correct. I believe my first purchase of WG, early in the 90's,
was for $7,71/share........in 2008-9 this was a $40/share stock......unfortunately I had taken profits earlier at a price somewhere around $20/share..........if we see $20/share this time, I will probably sell it again:):):)................jjm
If someone has a longer term outlook on the company, Yes, $20 to $30 is definetly possible.
Management has already stated that they hope to pay down the debt $50 to $100 million in 2013. If this occurs there will only be $200 million outstanding. Once that is gone we are looking at a company which will be riding a cyclical wave, grosses $2 Billion +, with no debt. Just operating profitability. Yes, $20 to $30 is a distinct possibiility.
Then again, this recent interest in the stock, and the increase in daily volume that is signaling accummulation, may point to a tender for the company, while it still offers the acquirer tremendous value.
