.... over diiferences with board. For those just learning that he's had differences with the Fisker board, you've not been paying attension.
Henrik famously boasted about how he sought to end relations with Quantum so he could build his our power train (something he knows zip about), but the board walked that back, installing a new "outsource freindly" CEO who executed a new agreement with $QTWW to redesign the Karma. While Henrik clearly wanted to build his new Atlantic new model, it required a massive amount of new capital. So the smart move favored by the board has always been to first build the Karma 2.0 with an upgrade to the power train and battery, perhaps with some style design (soften the "pringles smile", similar to the Destino.)
While we had greatly reduced the value of Fisker sales to $QTWW's future revenues, given uncertain around the future of Fisker, the Q-drive and it's variants still remains significant upside....and perhaps more so in a Fisker without Henrik.
