Rouleau is getting up in age. I think he's 75 now. The few times I have been in a Tuesday Morning they were kind of a junk heap. It's probably been 10 years since I have been in one. Can't imagine Rouleau is in for the long haul.
Joe, you're absolutely right. Rouleau took a company that was near death and turned it around and modernized the systems and did some judicious trimming of the merchandise assortment. Private equity may know how to milk a company, but not how to run one. As for the Wyly brothers, although they did well to let Rouleau run the show, the press reports indicate that their legal troubles are fully deserved.
