    IMHO, I think domestic utility contracts in the near term are way more important then PRC. I believe that their recent large utility contract will increase revenues about $30-40 million per year over the next three to four years and if they could get a couple others like it I could see their revenues in the $200-$300 million dollar range in 2011 or 2012. If utilities opt for their product. Plus the utilities may opt for their product short term to determine if they want to go with SCR's. I think they are in a good position. The stock won't move unless and if the contracts get mentioned. If they do the stock will be upgraded and analysts will upgrade. It's like you can't time buying or selling this stock you have to buy and hold on and wait for announcements. Without them the stock will slowly trend down. IMHO
