Patent Infringing REX Extracts 50% Less Oil Than ANDE
Patent Infringing REX Extracts 50% Less Than ANDE
Patent infringing REX joins patent infringing SIRE in the .5 pound range. All other infringers can expect to make less money thanks to lower yields, lawyer fees, and an ever increasing liability to back royalty's.
REX is tanking on the news that their infringing ICM AOS POS extracted 1/2 the oil ANDE did despite having the so called "best system period".
REX extracted just .58 pounds per bushel
ANDE currently leads the pack with .88 pounds or 50% more. ANDE is making more money even after the royalty.
No wonder an ANDE execustive is buying GERS stock. No wonder MPC increased ownership in these plants by $75M.
Infringing producers can't compete by extracting 1/2 the oil as GERS' licensed producers. Not to mention the cost of defending against GERS' solid family of patents, backed by the USPTO with claims interpreted in GERS' favor by the court.
Is it any wonder REX/PEIX continue to tank as ANDE/GPRE head higher?
