OZM has been down because the market has realized that in this current great bull market, Daniel Och's ability to invest is substantially below that of a typical monkey picking stocks at random. As a result, OZM is not able to attract money the way it used to. Och needs to step down and turn the company over to people with real investment talent. For example, my portfolio is up 34% this year, my second year of such gains. Och, on the other hand, is barely doing 2.6% a year. He simply doesn't care, because he makes millions of dollars for himself, and doesn't care a whit about shareholders. All of this is public information, and the market price reflects these facts, which cannot be disputed.
