I'm not sure his absence from that list is significant. I think it is only a list of shareholders whose holdings are subject to disclosure, and since EP is no longer a director, officer, or 5%+ holder of shares (he was at 3.89% at last count) and had not BEEN any of those things in fiscal 2012, he could be omitted from the list. Deacon, Porter, and Morrell had to be on there because they were still receiving compensation under their respective separation agreements as of fiscal 2012.
The reason I'm sure it's not a comprehensive list of all the largest shareholders is that I'm acquainted with people who are not on there, but who own more shares than some of the people listed, some of whom post here from time to time.
I suspect, without knowing for sure, that Paulson is still holding and waiting to cash in on whatever Becker-Drapkin have in mind for the company looking forward.
