Friend, check EXA - has been hitting my report over the past week. I think it fits with what you like.
At first glance, yes, Insider buying & low P/E, but when i look closer.... Price to book...negative Price to EBITDA..negative & Insiders buy amounts versus paychecks, its not so positive.
So we meet again friend. Not surprising. I've got more NAVR than you can imagine - acquired over past 7 years. Thankfully it looks like there's a good management crew now that knows what they're doing.
