Almost completely out of the video game business (accessories being the minor exception), especially with new Generation consoles shipping Q4 of this year. Missing out on a $30 billion a year business.

The co profile reads very differently than it did 3 or 4 years ago. The e commerce mission very interesting. Business to business, vendor managed inventory, direct sales to consumers. I would guess someday one could open a virtual lawnmower shop, link up, and let these guys do the heavy lifting. Video game retail distribution is still in there somewhere. Its just not the crown jewel it once was.
B2B. B2C, C2C, C2B, etc. has been around for quite a while and has the infrastructure currently serving that marketplace. Margins are thin. 3PL exists with the video game marketplace, but Navarre doesn't compete with this space. Not sure why.
