I bought MORT. Expecting 16% yield.
10% yield That sucks
YIELD. I spoke to Tony, a rep at Van Eck yesterday. He said the yield realistically should come in between 11-12%. Seems like this will be almost like a clone of REM but it will be a purer play, holding only reits.
Looks to be about 14%. Certainly better than REM but I still prefer to buy the high dividend mREITs individually (AGNC, ARR, HTS, etc.).Seeking Alpha analysis:http://seekingalpha.com/article/288481-mort-a-double-digit-yield-but-not-without-risks?source=yahooGoogle Spreadsheet of the holdings:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AimYXVHsaiLvdDBna3hiWXN5ZTdnYnhuMmRsQ21wSmc&hl=en_US#gid=0
have they made any rerference to a dividend? My Schwab does not have any research on it.
