Last year 2011, DD traded above 55 during a number of sessions in May. Then the DuPont Imprelis fiasco broke. DD descended much lower and has never returned to its levels of nearly a year ago, despite the fact there has been a massive overall rally in the market, lifting most stocks significantly higher.
Undoubtedly, the DuPont Imprelis Scandal with its open-ended liability for DuPont and its insurers, coupled with the evasion and secrecy of DuPont officials, and the abusive misconduct and lying of dishonest DuPont AG employees over the internet has created worry amongst wise investors and traders.
