Consider with only 60,000 shares in volume on an equity that has been doing 800K+ a day volume they are dropping the PPS by 5 cents in the first 30 minutes of trading.
Every day we keep watching 75k to 100k shares being bought at closing bell and the PPS remains the same. It is so blatent and transparent what they are doing you would have to be completely blind not to see it.
I have a theory that the High Frequency institutional computer trades are somehow connected to the Market Makers and they are holding the majority of the 6.3 million shorts. They are artifically driving down the price in order to cover the shares that were shorted by their algorithmic computer trades.
It has to be something like that, or just as sinister.
Mental, do you post as TomPain on Nasdaq market stream? If not, he's plagiarizing you (also the post on Endo's case against the FDA as reason for approval) word for word or vice versa. If you're the same guy, never mind.
