If you judge from the millions of dollars that the insiders have recently spent to purchase the shares themselves at prices even higher than today's range, you shouldn't have to be scientist to know that the insiders are confident that the drug will get approved sooner or later. I wish that I had more liquid cash sitting around to load up more at this extremely low level. We'll all be happy when the FDA approval finally comes. The risk of overusing the drug is no reason for the FDA to reject the drug. It will just have to require some strict prescription rules.
Senator Schumer and company get plenty of visits from lobbyists from the large Pharmaceitical companies who don't want to see zohydro approved. They don't want to lose market share. Don't discount the reality of the times we live in. The decision to approve may very well wind up being corrupted by the greed and the corrupt system it feeds on and end up ignoring altogether the merits of zohydro.
