as I said in many of my previous posts, they can't deny the drug, read the #$%$ transcript, its just not possible to deny it. Its an approval or a small delay for some changes regarding the REMS, worst case delay for temper-prove resistance
Your logic is horrible, and you are either lying or have no clue what you're talking about because you are very wrong. Plenty of delays are followed by CRLs. Reminds of Ampligen and all the pumpers who insisted the delay was good.
The good news about this delay is that it might cause a little rally in the stock.
Those are formal (usually 3 month) extensions. This is not the same.. They are ready to make a decision, just need two weeks or so to formalize. To me it sounds like FDA still trying to base a decision internally and put in writing. It is actually good for possible approval. MOST of the formal delays did get eventual approval.
