Seems to me, dilution may be close to over. Agreement back in March allows the company to only sell up to 25 million worth in shares. Earnings report states they already sold $10.9 million worth @ $1.66 per share just in the 3rd QTR alone. Does anyone know how much they sold in the 2nd QTR?
Read the fine print piggy: "Stifel, Leerink Swann LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. are acting as co-managers for the offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering."....They didn't issue anymore shares.
All you have to do is go to Morningstar and check the "CashFlow" section and review it by the quarterly data you will realize the agreement back in march they already used all of that money. Ya'll can't be this stupid.
