    This was on the 8K

"On February 1st, 2013, the Company settled ongoing litigation with Trinet, Inc. for $14,000 in cash, The Company is working to resolve all pending litigation"

A company usually wants to resolve all pending litigation because they are looking to be acquired, developing partnership relationships, or possibly a merger. In any event, it seems like a positive statement to me with respect to the immediate future and direction of the company. Just my opinion.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Aren't you curious to know why Trinet sued them, and how many other "pending litigations" are out there? and what are they doing that is causing them to be sued multiple times?

Casualriver, I agree with you. Several clues lead me to believe that a sale, or minimum JV, are in process. It may be summer before we hear about it, but I think it is on-going. It takes time to work out contracts, verbiage, etc.

I think the plan has been to have the JV or sale before the end of 2013 since they received positive results from testing. If you remember, the poison pill was only through Dec of 2013.

        Sentiment: Hold
