Did any one read the SEC 8 K filing setting up Amarantus Diagnostics Subsidiary?
The Intellectual Property of AMBS has been Licensed to Am Diag. Anyone know the terms of the license. Did the company just hijack the share holder value or is this a positive? Stock price fell, so logic says this imaybe a negative. I have long position, held over a year, so I have a dog in this hunt.
