If you think Dominion already unloaded their shares, you are wrong, IMO. There hasn't been enough volume to unload them. Even if the last few days had 30 million volume total, what percentage was Dominion vs people getting out? A LOT of people sold besides Dominion, including MM's, shorts, people tired of the dilution, etc. Dominion has 50million shares to dump by March 31st. I bet they still have AT LEAST 35 million left to sell. Plus, there is still the rest of the 100 million shares from the overall cash raise/dilution plan. That PR on Monday better be Platinum. Like: A J/V has put money into the immediately occurring commercialization of a 98% accurate Lympro test. It better be THAT good. Risk is to the downside still, IMO.
You are operating under a very simple but questionable assumption: That Dominion and every angel investor/insider plans to dump every single share they own. What sort of evidence, circumstantial or otherwise, leads you to this conclusion? The only way I can see that being the case is if this is in fact a massive P&D. Unfortunately if you believe that you have found yourself trapped in circular logic. There is no actual basis to assume this is a P&D except that every angel investor/insider/Dominion is dumping. See the logical flaw there?
How many different threads does it take for you to make your point? Enough already. We get it. People have already decided whether they agree with you or not. You don't have to keep trying so hard. Dilution, blah blah blah, Dominion, blah blah blah, pps going lower, blah blah blah. Give it a rest.
