Thank you for a well reasoned response , I like the company for all the same reasons mentioned . It just didn't occur to me for some reason that the HK listing would allow asian investers easier access . When I thought about it for a second , you could say it was a " duh " moment . Any new investers in O2 wondering why a lot of us have confidence in the company czechsinthemail's post pretty much nails it . That said , we haven't had a gut wrenching dip for a while and could be due ( I hope not ) but it could happen . If it does O2 has a history of coming back strong , so patience is in order if it happens .
maybe folks remember the mess made a couple months ago when this went to oiimd, and won't stick around for round 2. maybe no one likes trading, or buying a stock with a nickel spread between bid and ask, and a guillotine waiting for any poor fool who places a market order. i dunno.
Sounds like you've been around for a while . I know that this stock can take gut wretching dives from time to time , but it can climb just as fast but hey , its a small cap tech , thats what they do . I don't worry to much about the spread , O2 moves in fits and starts . I also have ilog , sometimes it will not move at all for a week and then just take off . I've made good money by being patient with that one and I think O2 will pay off as well , with patience . I don't enjoy CD's and I don't like the odds with lottery tickets , so I guess I'm stuck with chancy small caps . I also don't think O2's management is as bad as you seem to .
