Tell me why the CWA refuses to "progress" and adopt healthcare savings accounts (HSA's) for its members? An HSA with a major medical insurance policy would get the monkey off the compnany's back and would offer employees change they can believe in! Employees ought to be incharge off their healthcare! Since the CWA argues that they are highly skilled and have built this company, surely they are smart enough to manage their own healthcare.
‘slug next to you who has the same job title but texts, sends personal e-mail all day, and quits work at exactly 4:59 pm every day’
nicely made up, or can you produce proof of the above statement, otherwise, just nonsense from another jack-off shill who has not a clue about telecommunications
There are thousands of union members who want to get into management because they've heard you can actually get paid for doing a better job than the slug next to you who has the same job title but texts, sends personal e-mail all day, and quits work at exactly 4:59 pm every day. What a concept, being individually recognized for going above and beyond the norm? I know, seems sort of foreign to the socialist unions, who kill individual initiative.
Why can't union members be in charge? That's like asking, why can't a drunk with hiccups be on the bomb squad. YOUR union is scrambling to make ends meet since they're hurting for money, YOUR money. Ask them why they keep sucking dues from YOUR paycheck even though the union contract is lapsed. Then sit back and watch them squirm for an answer.
Most of them had union protection, they were just too lazy to do the job. So now they work more hours for less money, and contribute to their health care. But hey, while we're working they can bs with their friends and smoke cigs all day.
By the way, they don't know the half of it. One poster here put we make 45k, as if that were a lot. I usually pass that by the end of may. I bet they'd really be pissed if they knew I owned 3 homes, all paid off. But hey they think we're all in need of an edumucation George.. duh..Bunch of stone cold envious jack offs. "we have to pay so should you".. suck my nuts.
Good point. These nay sayers need to become a union shop, so they too can be taken care of, instead of whining on this thread. They don't understand, we've had people pass the bar exam who couldn't pass our entry test. They don't realize we are the elite, the superior. While they are the weak and slow witted inferior ones. This one dumb a$$ on here bragged about making money on b of a, buying 300 shares in the 3 dollar range. So you know he has at most 60 shares here, yet he thinks that is a big enough stake to whine on this board all day.
