Has aggressive 'Fix The Debt' campaign started yet?

Common Dreams recently published the following story,

10 Filthy-Rich, Tax-Dodging Hypocrites Pushing Disastrous Austerity on America.

One of the CEOs mentioned was AT&T CEO Stephenson.

    Excerpt:

Brace yourself for one of the most aggressive corporate lobbying campaigns of all time. And one of the most hypocritical.

Monopoly“Fix the Debt ” is a coalition of more than 80 CEOs who claim they know best how to deal with our nation’s fiscal challenges. The group boasts a $60 million budget just for the initial phase of a massive media and lobbying campaign.

The irony is that CEOs in the coalition’s leadership have been major contributors to the national debt they now claim to know how to fix.

    • No, he is too busy traveling around the Far East to get in his photo ops and Congress is too busy being on vacation again.

      • Some racist claims Obama wants to fix the debt so he can cut food stamps for white people and give them to illegal immigrants. The idea is not only contemptible and untrue, it is filled with logical inconsistencies (that match Lavendar's twisted mind).

Yet the tea partiers jump on the bandwagon. Including the self-proclaimed only black man in America with a Prius. Don't you get embarrassed by this stuff?

I still hope for a Republican party that isn't run by nutcases. You're worried that members of Congress are on vacation. I'm worried their back in their gerrymandered districts realizing that their voting base is as senile as it's ever been.
