Generally ... a clay pigeon is launched, from the left or right, at an elevation angle between 15 and 45 degrees.
Judging from the recent photo op that was released, taking recoil into consideration - the most important factor is that this appears to be a shot at 'precisely 0 degrees elevation'.
Reading this photograph (?) ... perhaps Joe helping by standing down range at perhaps 15 to 20 yds., and taking the # 9 shot pellets into consideration, with a clay pigeon on his head, the fact that he hasen't been seen lately really makes one wonder ?
The only sense I can make of it, and with associated rumors that he's at home with what appears to be a temoprary case of severe acne. Well, I can only guess at what may have really happened ....
