AT&T has chosen to upgrade its in-house commercial printing equipment to print customer bills and is wasting millions of dollars. Does this make sense when customers are migrating to online bills? No Way! They could save millions more by looking to outsource this NON-CORE work to the printing industry. The printing industry has a massive amount of overcapacity and is better equipped to provide the latest and greatest technology to AT&T at a fraction of the cost of doing it in house. And it provides AT&T with a Variable Cost model, not a large Fixed Cost model that is currently being done by Union employees. Outsource this work please! Concerned Shareholder!!!!!!!!
