    Frontier Communications is interesting

They are paying 2 billion to AT&T which is about 40% of their annual revenue. They pay ten cents a quarter in dividends but only earn 6 cents a year. Their income statement shows no "Cost of Sales". They have a current ratio of 1.34 which is almost double that of AT&T. It all looks impossible.

Checking FTR about 1:00 pm - i/s transactions showing 'nothing' since july 31 .. not to sure of that 'mean recommendation' of 2.6 either ?

Checking a few posts on their m/b ? .. saw a couple that made some sense ?, the possible expansion of U-verse on the wireline ? the DSL on the wireline ?
Heck, DSL is more than i can get from VZ now. They're furnishing the string, but i've got to have my own tin can :(

Maybe i'll check for extra poker change to see if i may want to add & hold for 12 to 18 mos ? - and YES it does look like a train wreck !
Although it was at no out of pocket cost to me, and it's value then was about $7.50 per shr with 11% div. and we see where it is now (?)

Could be worth a watch ???????

    • I just looked at FTR after seeing your post. That company looks like a train wreck. I have never seen a company that pay such a huge amount of its EBITDA to cover just the interest on its debt.
