No buyers and no reason to follow this stock until we get ER.

Just nothing to talk about except negativity and that doesnt help me at all or anyone else. No way anyone is going to jump in here unless something is leaked. So may as well just count on small down turns or small gains. WIll still be looking at posts but until earnings or some breaking news CIAO.

    • There was a famous investor about a century back named Baron de Rothschild. He was famous for saying: the time to buy is when blood is running in the streets. What this translates into in the America of 2008 is: the time to buy an excellent company (SMSI) is when there is no good news, like a positive ER. There are no buyers for SMSI? Good. RIGHT NOW is the time to buy SMSI, before ER.

What this translates into in the U.S. of 2008 is: the time to buy an excellent company (SMSI)is exactly when nobody is interested in it due to lack of good news (good news being a positive earnings report). The time to buy SMSI is RIGHT NOW, before ER. Ciao. Clark.

      • Now, if you were Clark Kent I'd be paying attention.

Seriously, your advice is right on but the level of frustration does not quite equal the level of pain inflicted on many people who bought this stock in the teens or higher. Personally my cost is less than $8 and this is my third time buying this stock and I've always made money, so I can laugh and be patient but I feel for those who are hurting (including the idiot who keeps wishing diseases on SMSI execs).
