Not sure what you are talking about. Since December 10th, the share price has risen from $1.21 to $1.54 - a 27.3% increase.
The stock has stabilised at around the $1.54 level and is poised for the next major rise when the 10-K is released and the Mobile World Congress is held from 25th - 27th February.
