for making the stock tank and making those stock holders lose a nice chunk of their money today. Where is the management's job of adding share holder value? I guess they forgot about that. Oh well...we'll see how much this drops before it moves back up, if it moves back up, that is. Once again...thank you management.
The only reason that management was able, last March, to sell the shares that it did was to issue the warrants with the promise that all shareholders (except the warrant-holding company) could vote on halving the warrant cash-in price. So management is now fulfilling that promise. Will some of the institutional holders step up to vote No despite their inclination to stay away from such voting? Will they be offered incentives to vote Yes? Will the small retail holders actually recognize where their self-interest lies? Some will, of course. But if many of the posts on this board are an indication, there's not much hope.
