On Jun 17, 2013 lacks of shares allotted to Gill and his friends? These shares are same as our shares? They can sell at any time in open market? For what reason they got allocated this much volume of free shares? There is no value for a common Investor? Instructional owners and company management can take the decisions as they need for gain money from common people, what is the reason for Proxy vote from common investors?
As a common investor I have lost half of my money from $3 to 1.5? From JAN 2010? What benefit I got for this investment? I guess they deserve this Direct Acquisition for stealing money from common people? There is no Law to stop this cheating in this country?

Hey Vic, what the H3LL did I do to you for you to wish my investment
Falls 50 percent, misery loves company!?? You can either sell or hold
Bottom is here or almost, 6 months could well over three, perhap a lot higher, stop being a
Belly acher! Most of us have lost as well as won! Give your athx another
6 months and then see where your at!
whoa slow your role here jack. First off, Gill and company are not stealing anything from you or I. Clearly you bought in at 3$ without understanding this company. This stock is not an overnight "get rich" stock. It will take time since there is still a ways for the clinical trials to go, but, if you have patience you will be rewarded IMO.
Now, what benefit did you get from this investment? Clearly none since you bought at 3$ and its at 1.50-60 now. If you think you should automatically receive some benefit from every stock you purchase you have a lot to learn. What I would suggest doing is not selling, dont take a loss, because like I said, if you have patience you will get all your money back plus some easily.
Also, about your question on acquisitions. Usually they are shares issued from grants, sometimes options. If from grants it doesnt cost the person anything to get the shares but once they have them they are treated like regular shares of the stock just like ours.
Lastly, if you think Gil is cheating his shareholders you are sadly mistaken. He is one of the best CEO's in the biotech sector and will make this company achieve great things.
As you think that who bought this stock in 2010 @ 3 levels are fools?
As you mention "patience”? Has some limit and he crossed the limit?
I know that any investment has some up and down, but here there is no up since 4 years? No ways to get out without 50% lose?
Looks like you are a new investor and bought this stock in $1 range. I hope you will be in my line in few years..
This is the real trouble he gives it to me, he need to think about the investors at the time he enjoys his salary and his benefits including his new Direct Acquisition??????
